About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Rockwell Toronto Construction Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budgeting and Estimating

Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates, taking into account all relevant costs and expenses.

Project Scheduling and Coordination

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.

Contract Administration

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Technical Skills

Operate CADD and other computer software systems, and read blueprint, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate project documentation.

Risk Management

Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential project risks and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports and analyze data and information to inform project decisions and ensure project success.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient project delivery.
