Responsibilities
  • Manage and Coordinate Digital Marketing Initiatives: You'll be responsible for managing and coordinating digital marketing initiatives to promote pet insurance offerings across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Support Day-to-Day Operations: You'll support day-to-day operations, including content updates, quality assurance, and reporting for digital and external partner campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Experts: You'll collaborate with experts in digital marketing, UX design, and SEO to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: You'll develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
  • Create and Optimize Marketing Content: You'll create and optimize marketing content, including digital ads, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: You'll analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You'll stay up-to-date with industry trends to adapt marketing tactics and strategies accordingly.
  • Write and Edit Content: You'll write and edit content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and customer letters.
  • Facilitate Communication: You'll facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage Project Schedules and Budgets: You'll manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support Go-to-Market Plans: You'll support go-to-market plans and demand generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Web Developers: You'll collaborate with web developers to manage website updates and enhancements for optimal user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications: You'll need a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Marketing and Communications: You'll need 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Clear and Effective Communication Skills: You'll need clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaborate with Others: You'll need the ability to work independently and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • Strong Organizational and Project Coordination Skills: You'll need strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Understanding of the Sales and Marketing Process: You'll need an understanding of the sales and marketing process, including new project launches.
  • Editorial Mindset: You'll need an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
  • Experience Managing Social Media Accounts: You'll need experience managing social media accounts and developing content for various channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency in French: Fluency in French is an asset.
