About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Promotions Specialist to join our team at Wanda Trading. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Develop Marketing Strategies

Assess the effectiveness of our current marketing strategies and develop new approaches to reach our target audience.

Oversee Marketing Materials

Supervise the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Prepare Marketing Reports

Conduct research and analyze data to prepare comprehensive marketing reports and recommendations.

Supervise Marketing Staff

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Respond to Business Enquiries

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries from business partners and stakeholders.

Conduct Market Research

Conduct surveys and analyze data to understand the buying habits and preferences of our target audience.

Develop Marketing Content

Prepare high-quality marketing content, including reports, research papers, and articles.

Assist in Marketing Campaigns

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including online marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

Consult with Clients

Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their marketing needs are met.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office and other marketing software.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Personal Suitability

Client-focused, efficient, and organized with excellent oral communication skills.
