About the Culinary Operations Supervisor Role:

  • Full-time, salaried management position, assisting in culinary operations and reporting to the Chef de Cuisine
  • Ensures exceptional execution of daily kitchen and culinary programs
  • Trains, mentors, and develops the culinary team alongside fellow chefs
  • Oversees scheduling, recruitment, and training of culinary staff
  • Exhibits strong leadership through effective communication and management during service
  • Maintains kitchen cleanliness and addresses maintenance issues promptly
  • Manages menu preparation, inventory levels, and ordering to prevent shortages
  • Facilitates ongoing training and education regarding the menu for culinary and hospitality staff

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $48,000 - $52,000
  • Incentive bonus for Sous Chefs ($5000 annually, distributed quarterly)
