About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies. As a Roofing Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crew members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures
  • Investigate and resolve roof leaks, including interior assessments and exterior repairs
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies related to health and safety
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and workplace assessments to maintain a safe working environment
  • Monitor equipment utilization and maintenance to optimize crew productivity
  • Serve as a liaison between field personnel and project managers or superintendents

Requirements:

  • Experience in roofing construction, including leak repair and installation of commercial roofing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong mathematical, reading, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at heights while following safety protocols
