**Job Summary**
RUHANI PHYSIO & WELLNESS INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team. As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing documents, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Customer Service: Provide general information to clients and the public, and provide customer service.
- Data Entry: Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- File Management: Label, file, and retrieve documents.
- Office Administration: Organize and schedule office work, and store, update, and retrieve financial data.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
