Position Overview

The role of the Personnel Records Specialist at Compliance Mentorz Inc. involves managing and maintaining essential personnel documentation and data.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the classification and processing of staffing and other personnel documents.
  • Update, store, and retrieve data related to personnel.
  • Oversee the personnel information database to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain comprehensive registration systems, records, and files.
  • Prepare and disseminate information related to staff relations.
  • Provide essential health and safety information to employees.
  • Offer basic information to clients and the public regarding personnel matters.
  • Respond to inquiries related to personnel issues.
  • Coordinate the advertising and posting of job vacancies.
  • Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Language of Work: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
