  • Record Management: Develop and implement effective record-keeping systems to ensure accurate and timely storage and retrieval of documents.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on record-keeping activities and any issues or concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
