About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 8815216 Canada Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Sales Staff
    • Assign sales staff to duties and tasks
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
    • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff
  • Manage Sales Operations
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
    • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels
  • Lead by Example
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff
    • Manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial records
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
