Restaurant Operations Manager

At MR. GREEK RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and returns to our restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
