Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler environment.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
