Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to customers and internal teams on technical topics, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve technical issues.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler environment.
- Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
