Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Fed Finance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our accounting team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical assistance to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage physical and electronic mail, taking necessary action and subsequent filing.
  • Draft and/or format documents using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Transmit documents to government departments via electronic, postal, or in-person methods.
  • Receive clients and manage conference room and reservations.
  • Manage mailings, send documents, and coordinate signatures.
  • Process customer invoices and maintain various registers.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Manage physical office space.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience in an accounting firm or tax department is an asset.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint intermediate).
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and highly developed multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work with different team members and in a demanding environment.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and discretion are essential.
