About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at A A S K Hospitality Inc. As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Inventory Management
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used to maintain inventory levels.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a fast-paced environment.
    • Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, such as tight deadlines and varying customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; we offer on-the-job training to ensure your success.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced food service establishment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and reliability are essential for this role.
    • Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
