Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Suggest products, combos, or sizes to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized front counter and drive-thru area.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standards, following proper cash procedures and adhering to Tim Hortons standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs and attend meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
