Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Guard to join our team at Condor Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our luxury rental community in Oakville.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide "hotel-style" front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain a professional reputation through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld
  • Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional service
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a related field
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a strong desire to work in a team environment
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an asset
  • Other industry-recognized certifications or experience is an asset
