As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers during their time of need. Your role will involve delivering exceptional service, guiding clients through the claims process, conducting thorough investigations, and determining the most suitable actions to take.

To effectively cater to our customers, availability for a rotating shift schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist customers throughout the claims process by investigating their auto collision claims and addressing their needs.

  4. Engage in continuous training to stay informed about best practices in claims management.
  5. Contribute to special initiatives and provide insights to enhance Aviva's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality).
  2. Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in navigating a digital environment and completing online tasks.
  5. A genuine curiosity and proactive approach to improving processes for a better customer experience.
