As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers during their time of need. To effectively cater to our customers, availability for a rotating shift schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, is essential.

  1. Assist customers throughout the claims process by investigating their auto collision claims and addressing their needs.

Qualifications:
  1. Experience in customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality).
  2. Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in navigating a digital environment and completing online tasks.
  5. A genuine curiosity and proactive approach to improving processes for a better customer experience.
