At JALA ACCOUNTING, we are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Key responsibilities include calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and preparing tax returns. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reconciling accounts and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports. In addition to these duties, the Bookkeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining health benefits, including paramedical services coverage and vision care benefits. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 to 40 hours per week.
