Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Supervisor to join our team at 1972663 Ontario Inc. O/A Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
