About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service
  • Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and menu offerings
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
