Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Towne Place Suites Sudbury (InnVest Hotels Limited). As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding activities, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and move objects as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, honesty, and values and ethics.
