Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Towne Place Suites Sudbury (InnVest Hotels Limited). As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, and be physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) as required.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, teamwork, and honesty.
