We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Sales Design Consultant to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary, AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and selling custom kitchen renovation projects to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through personal contacts and social media platforms.
  • Develop sales strategies to qualify prospects and convert them into successful sales outcomes.
  • Conduct site assessments and gather detailed information to ensure cabinet layouts align with customer visions.
  • Capture "before" photographs of remodeling projects to showcase transformations and support sales presentations.
  • Gather comprehensive product details to deliver compelling presentations that address customer needs and preferences.
  • Design and create proposals using 20/20 Design or other software to secure sales.
  • Revise quotes or drawings in response to evolving customer requirements, maintaining a focus on closing the sale.
  • Collect payments from clients in a timely manner, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications:
  • Participate in home/trade show rotations to expand your network and generate sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Maintain a positive sales attitude, fostering strong client relationships and driving sales success.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions and close sales.
  • Present a professional demeanor, suitable for working in clients' homes, ensuring trust and comfort throughout the sales process.
