About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dialogue Health Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Your primary goal will be to attract and engage diverse, high-caliber candidates who are eager to contribute to the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to engage with a wide range of candidates and build a vibrant talent pipeline.
  • Elevate Our Brand: Participate in initiatives that showcase Dialogue as an employer of choice, highlighting the company's dynamic culture and exciting opportunities.
  • Refine Recruitment Processes: Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective, with a focus on candidate experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in GTM, tech, and corporate roles.
  • A solid understanding of the tech landscape and the roles within it.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Fluently Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and French is a must, as the company collaborates with teams across Canada.
