About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Clever Daycare Signature Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Child Care and Support: Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that support the development of children, including leading activities, encouraging creativity, and guiding children in daily routines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children, and discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
  • Environment and Safety: Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, and maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
