Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.

- Restaurant setting
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Manage kitchen and food service helpers.
- Coordinate staff across various areas of responsibility.
- Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Strong client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability for shift or on-call work is necessary.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Willingness to relocate for this position may be required.
