About the Role

At SinglePoint Group International, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate payment arrangements and bring accounts to a current balance.
  • Handle customer account discrepancies and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • One year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment is an asset.
  • Collection experience is considered an asset.
