Job Description

Olympus is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate delivery of customer solutions, including order management and pricing issue follow-ups.
  • Specialize in tasks related to sales division and ERP system, including chemical invoicing and order updates.
  • Collaborate with other Olympus divisions to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate logging of customer-related information and inquiries in customer service databases.
  • Meet or exceed daily KPI expectations.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or sales.
  • Bilingual English-French proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Experience with Datasweep, Salesforce Service Cloud, Netsuite, or SAP is necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
