Qualifications Required:

EDUCATION:

  • A secondary school diploma or an employer-approved alternative.

* An employer-approved alternative is defined as the completion of two years of secondary education combined with five years of experience in a real property profession.

** Real property encompasses accommodation management, property management, project management, or lease administration.

EXPERIENCE FOR AS-04 AND AS-05 OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Experience in one or more of the following domains:
    • Accommodation management
    • Property management
    • Project management
    • Lease administration
  • Experience in forecasting and monitoring project financials using financial systems such as SIGMA, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level, including formatting, editing, and applying formulas.

EXPERIENCE FOR AS-05 OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Experience in leading office space projects or managing office portfolio strategies.
  • Experience in preparing written reports, business cases, or investment analysis reports, developing options, and providing recommendations.

LINGUISTIC PROFILE:

  • English essential
