Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
- A secondary school diploma or an employer-approved alternative.
* An employer-approved alternative is defined as the completion of two years of secondary education combined with five years of experience in a real property profession.
** Real property encompasses accommodation management, property management, project management, or lease administration.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Accommodation management
- Property management
- Project management
- Lease administration
- Proficiency in forecasting and monitoring project financials using systems such as SIGMA, SAP, or Oracle.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formatting, editing, and applying formulas.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR AS-05 OPPORTUNITIES:
- Leadership experience in office space projects or portfolio strategies.
- Experience in preparing reports, business cases, or investment analyses, along with developing options and recommendations.
LINGUISTIC PROFILE:
- English essential
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Reliability Status security clearance is required.
