Role Overview:

The Client Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves fostering strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage order processing and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices to optimize workflow.
  • Promote and sell dry ice products.
  • Prepare and submit daily performance reports.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers, Supervisors, and Plant Managers.
  • Verify product availability and delivery timelines for clients.
  • Ensure pricing aligns with transaction standards.
  • Utilize expertise to address customer needs effectively.
  • Provide support to Territory Managers as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and customer service.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Adept at working in a collaborative environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.
