Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Maintain, update, and access financial records efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks, including organizing and managing filing systems.
- Prepare and submit documentation related to various employee benefits such as pension plans, leave entitlements, savings programs, and insurance coverage.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and benefit options.
- Compile and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
- Assess the eligibility of applicants for benefits.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
