Position Overview

As a key member of BAITRAK BENEFIT ADMINISTRATORS INC., the Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a crucial role in managing employee remuneration and benefits. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update, and access financial records efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including organizing and managing filing systems.
  • Prepare and submit documentation related to various employee benefits such as pension plans, leave entitlements, savings programs, and insurance coverage.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and benefit options.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
  • Assess the eligibility of applicants for benefits.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
Personal Attributes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
