Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring staff, supervising staff, and performing front desk duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Perform front desk duties
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or motel setting
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
