WHAT WE'RE SEEKING?
The Retail Operations Supervisor serves as a vital link between the leadership team and sales associates, playing a key role in the operational aspects of the store while inspiring the team to surpass targets. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position provides essential support and coverage in the absence of Store and Assistant Managers. The Supervisor exemplifies outstanding sales and customer service behaviors to foster an environment that prioritizes exceptional in-store experiences for both customers and employees.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; luxury retail experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a sales team and recognized as a peer leader.
- Experience with POS systems, daily financial procedures, and timely report submissions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- A collaborative spirit with a self-motivated attitude.
- Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
