Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our retail team at beBee Professionals in Nanaimo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to develop and implement merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management or supervisory experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
