Restaurant Operations Manager

Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Setting: Urban area with a fast-paced environment.
