As the Senior Vice President of Revenue Optimization and Analytics at Enable International, you will spearhead our global Enablement division, dedicated to bolstering our Revenue and Field Operations teams. Your role will encompass leading initiatives across Revenue Enablement, Sales Strategy, and Sales Development, while fostering collaboration with various internal stakeholders to enhance Talent Retention, GTM Execution, Sales Analytics, and Compensation Planning, among other critical areas. We view our robust Enablement function as a significant market differentiator, and we seek a candidate capable of elevating the team to new heights. You will engage closely with executive leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting and implementing a comprehensive Enablement strategy that equips our Revenue and Field Operations teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to successfully achieve our next growth milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and cultivate a team of Revenue Enablement specialists to enhance our Enablement capabilities, which include internal knowledge management, onboarding for new hires, continuous training and coaching, support for GTM initiatives, and playbook development.
- Assess and facilitate ongoing refinements and enhancements of our Sales Strategy, which encompasses sales methodologies, sales processes, customer journey and lifecycle mapping, market sizing, OKR establishment, annual planning, and monitoring of Account Executive performance.
- Oversee our Sales Development initiatives aimed at improving discovery processes, outbound pipeline generation, lead qualification, marketing campaign support, and the development of account teams.
- Support and establish the infrastructure for our Revenue Analytics initiatives, which include defining KPIs, operational reporting, insights into AE lifecycle and performance, ad hoc analytics, and reporting for the Board, among other tasks.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in rapidly expanding SaaS organizations, with a proven track record of advancing Revenue Enablement teams and Revenue Analytics capabilities to an IPO-ready state.
- Experience in scaling a company from $50M to over $200M.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a history of supporting high-performing teams.
- Capacity to excel in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects concurrently, with a successful history of guiding them from inception to completion.
- An analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, process scaling, and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A solid background in collaborating with Revenue Operations and/or Finance teams is a significant advantage.
