Job Title: Senior Vice President of Technology

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Technology to lead our sales and technology efforts. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing our sales strategy, and building a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and technologies, with experience in developing and executing sales plans.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other sales technologies.
