About the Role

Adecco Canada is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time experienced Forklift Operator - Raymond Reach Truck Driver in a dynamic 3PL warehouse environment. This role requires experienced Reach Truck drivers with a strong background in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate warehouse machinery (Reach Truck) to efficiently manage inventory and materials
  • Assist in warehouse functions such as picking, receiving, loading, replenishment, and more
  • Load materials on machine and collaborate with operators to ensure smooth operations
  • Pack/stack, lift bundles on mail, and ensure that mail is sorted appropriately for distribution
  • Retrieving materials for operators, ability to use manual pallet truck
  • Manual insertion of materials, verify and reconciliation of pieces enclosed
  • Follow mailroom procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Responsible for ensuring work area is kept clean during and prior to end of shift
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have forklift experience with a Raymond Reach machine, and prior experience working in a warehouse
  • Possession of a valid forklift reach truck license
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and
  • General computer skills
  • Demonstrate reliability and good work ethic
  • Ability to follow direction to ensure accuracy
  • Availability for flexible hours and on call possibility
  • Must have experience in 3PL environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
