About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at 2339366 ONTARIO INC. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
Working Conditions
