Position: Accounting Clerk

The Role Philosophy: We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is key to our growth strategy, offering you the chance to take ownership of your work and significantly impact our company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and prepare account reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Month-end closing processes and the preparation of financial reports
  • Financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Budget preparation and forecasting
  • Audits and respond to audit requests in a timely manner
  • Office administrative tasks and other related duties as needed

Your Profile:

  • Degree or diploma in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using technology to improve processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Consistently display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for KLONDIKE
