Position Overview

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role ranging from 1 to 7 months is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and balance daily financial transactions.
  • Promote and inform clients about various financial products and services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Conduct cash handling transactions with precision.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with internet applications.
Work Environment
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
