Exact Match Recruitment is in search of an Employee Training Consultant to enhance the skill sets of our workforce. This position is dedicated to providing educational programs for Kubota Canada's offerings through diverse delivery methods, including digital platforms and traditional classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various internal departments and experts to design and implement educational solutions across multiple formats.
  • Perform needs assessments and analyze tasks to formulate effective training strategies.
  • Evaluate and adapt existing training materials to ensure maximum learning effectiveness.
  • Develop practical learning tools and resources to support training initiatives.
  • Lead product knowledge sessions and demonstrations during educational events.
  • Oversee the Learning Management System to ensure efficient operation.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users as needed.
  • Keep abreast of current trends in instructional design and adult education methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance training techniques and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in instructional design, adult education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product lines and the development of educational solutions.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Experience with educational authoring tools and software.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in conducting educational workshops and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
