Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at F & V INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily sales operations to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine sales strategies
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate and procure merchandise for resale and develop marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance
  • Willingness to travel and relocate
