Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including oil changes, lubrication, and tire replacements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, including fuel systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
  • Recondition and replace parts as needed to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service, educating customers on proper equipment usage and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of work completed, including service logs and repair reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Heavy duty journeyman ticket required.
  • Ability to operate and test equipment, including boom lifts, forklifts, and compressors.
  • Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
