Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support.
  • Work closely with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of business systems, networks, and Internet technologies.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
