In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our sales communications. Your primary duties will encompass assessing sales interactions, delivering constructive feedback to team members and management, ensuring adherence to company protocols, and pinpointing areas for enhancement. Collaboration with sales personnel and leadership will be essential in boosting sales outcomes and upholding organizational standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess sales interactions to verify compliance with our sales consultation framework and company guidelines.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback to team members, emphasizing areas for development and best practices.
  • Identify and rectify compliance challenges associated with critical company policies.
  • Present opportunities for management to improve team performance.
  • Analyze agent and team behavior trends to identify areas for growth and enhancement.
  • Document and escalate agent behavior concerns to management when necessary.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions with colleagues and leadership to synchronize on sales processes and coaching techniques.
  • Stay informed about sales processes, systems, products, policies, and general knowledge through training sessions and resource reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or sales quality role is required.
  • Solid understanding of the key behaviors that drive sales success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a tactful approach.
  • Exceptional organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to provide impactful feedback.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes effectively.
