Position Overview

Role Summary

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Global Client Relationship Management division within the Capital Markets sector is tasked with overseeing and sustaining the Salesforce ecosystem, which supports over 2500 users across global markets and banking operations. The Quality Assurance Analyst will collaborate closely with Change the Bank (CTB) teams and Business Analysts (BAs) to validate and automate business requirements. This position involves strategically planning and managing the successful execution of these initiatives. The role will involve coordinating, developing, leading, communicating, and executing activities to ensure that objectives are met within the designated timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing and prioritizing testing activities
  • Monitoring software defects and analyzing their origins
  • Resolving issues related to automation software
  • Developing test plans and test cases
  • Generating comprehensive test reports
  • Prioritizing and conducting tests
  • Reviewing technical specifications and design documentation
  • Performing regression testing as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance with some exposure to automation
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work environment
  • Able to thrive in a distributed and fast-paced team setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial sector, particularly in capital markets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce QA testing
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of standard QA tools such as Jira, qTest, Nexus, Jenkins, SQL, and Confluence
