**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Quality Specialist to join our team at Newfold Digital. As a Sales Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our sales interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Evaluate Sales Interactions**: Assess sales interactions to ensure compliance with our sales consultation process and company policies.
  • **Provide Feedback**: Offer detailed feedback to agents, focusing on areas for improvement and best practices.
  • **Identify and Address Compliance Issues**: Identify and address compliance issues related to key company policies.
  • **Highlight Opportunities for Growth**: Highlight opportunities for leaders to enhance team performance.
  • **Monitor Behavior Trends**: Monitor agent and team behavior trends to spot areas for growth and improvement.
  • **Document and Escalate Issues**: Document and escalate agent behavior issues to leadership when necessary.
  • **Coordinate Calibrations**: Coordinate calibrations with peers and leadership to align on sales processes and coaching methods.
  • **Stay Up-to-Date**: Keep up to date with sales processes, systems, products, policies, and general knowledge through training sessions and resource review.

**Requirements**

  • **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in a sales or sales quality position is essential.
  • **Understanding of Key Behaviors**: Clear understanding of the key behaviors that drive sales performance.
  • **Strong Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
  • **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management capabilities.
  • **Feedback Skills**: Demonstrated ability to provide effective feedback.
  • **Adaptability**: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change swiftly.
