Key Responsibilities- Lead the negotiation and finalizing of licensing agreements, including drafting language to address complex legal and business concepts.
- Work with the litigation team to support litigation strategy and execution.
- Support licensing executives in achieving business goals and targets.
- Multitask across multiple licensing engagements and handle several license negotiations concurrently.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and a broad business perspective to design and develop projects, processes, and content relevant to patent licensing business.
- At least 7 years of experience in litigation and contract drafting.
- Proven deal-making skills – ability to understand all sides in a negotiation while seeking effective and creative solutions.
- Litigation/contract drafting experience in OTT/Streaming Video and/or social media markets is a big plus.
- Familiarity with patent licenses and related legal agreements is required.
- Project management skills, and determination to see things through to completion.
- Analytical skills and understanding of financial analyses.
- Communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English.
