Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate labor relations strategies and negotiate collective agreements with union representatives.
- Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and union representatives on labor relations matters.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform labor relations decisions and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and other stakeholders to promote positive labor relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in labor relations, negotiations, and legal affairs, including 10 years in supervisory or management roles.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and create financial models.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
